HBAutoFlow ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered automation services including but not limited to chatbots, trading bots, social media automation, lead generation, and custom integrations. We build, deploy, host, and maintain automation solutions on behalf of our customers ("you", "user").
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
3. Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Custom automation pricing is quoted per project and agreed upon before deployment.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use HBAutoFlow to:
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment.
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service.
- Create bots that impersonate real people or organizations.
- Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious content.
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activity.
5. Trading & Financial Bots Disclaimer
HBAutoFlow does NOT provide financial advice. Trading bots and financial automation tools are provided as software tools only. Trading in cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial losses incurred. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before using any trading automation.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by our AI systems (chatbot responses, social media posts, blog articles, etc.) may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or sent to third parties. HBAutoFlow is not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated content.
7. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (APIs, hosting providers, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your data, content, and business information.
- Automation workflows built for you are licensed for your use as long as your subscription is active.
- Our platform, code, and AI systems remain our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
HBAutoFlow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your automations will be deactivated and data deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy
What We Collect
- Account information: Email address, name, password (hashed).
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
- Usage data: Chat conversations with our AI, automation configurations, deployment logs.
- Website data: If you provide a URL for chatbot training, we scan publicly available pages only.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our automation services.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To train chatbots on YOUR business data (only used for your chatbot, never shared).
- To send you service-related emails (deployment updates, billing).
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage
- Your data is stored on secure servers.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
- API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
Data Retention
- Active account data is retained as long as your account exists.
- After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
- Chat logs may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement.
Your Rights
- You can request a copy of your data at any time.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- You can opt out of non-essential emails.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your automations will continue running until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the service and no automation has been deployed.
- After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period, but you can cancel future renewals.
- Custom projects: Refunds for custom-built automations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
